► Designed and implemented program in 186 countries for the United Nations, the World Bank Group, the IMF, and Verisign, the world’s internet infrastructure provider.
► As a trusted advisor to governments and NGOs, she has in-depth experience in both the planning process as well as managing response and recovery efforts for all types of manmade and natural incidents including cyber breaches and social media disasters.
► She was a member of the technical committees to establish the ANSI and ASIS BCM standards and leading practices. Jean is most proud of her work in mentoring others and giving back to the industry.
